Data deletion

How to remove Innertags' access to your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account, and how to have your data deleted.

What we keep when you sign in

When you use “Sign in with Facebook” or “Sign in with LinkedIn” in Innertags, we store the access token Facebook or LinkedIn gives us, encrypted, together with which Page each client publishes to. We use it only to list the Pages you manage and to publish posts your agency has approved.

1. Disconnect in Innertags

Sign in to Innertags, open Settings → Integrations and press Disconnect on the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or LinkedIn card.

This deletes the stored access tokens straight away. Innertags can no longer see or publish to any of your Pages. Posts already published stay on your Page; remove those on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn itself.

2. Or remove the app on Facebook or LinkedIn

You can also take the access away from the other side, without signing in to Innertags:

  • Facebook and Instagram:Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove Innertags.
  • LinkedIn: Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove Innertags.

Once removed, the token we hold stops working. It is deleted from Innertags when your agency disconnects, or on request (below).

3. Ask us to delete your other data

To have any other personal data deleted — for example your name or email in a workspace, or content stored for a client — email info@studioprimary.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Say which Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account or which email address it is about. We confirm the deletion by email within one month.

Where you reached us through an agency, that agency decides what is kept for its clients; we will pass your request on to them and help them complete it.
